星期三的練習時間開始,教練會請我們先做暖身操,包括壓肩、膝蓋、腿部、頭部伸展…….等等暖身操。

喝了水後,跑操場兩圈熱身,慢跑的速度讓身體熱起來。通常這時候都開始冒汗了!由於當天氣溫低了點,大約是攝氏15度,我又穿無袖上衣背心,所以停下來就感覺蠻冷的。
